Vancouver, 3 vs. Wild, 2

Disappointing loss last night, there's nothing else you can really say, especially when it's against a division rival and they got two points and we got nothing, and they were finishing back to back road games, ugh...we should've had this one. Mikko Koivu literally placed the team on his back last night when it came down to offense, ripping a slapper past Sanford to take a 1-0 lead, and the getting a shorthanded goal to take a 2-1 lead. What I, and a lot of fans, are concern about is the lack of goals. I understand that we're going to get a lot of 2-1 and 3-2 games, but to be able to get those scores so that they're favorable to the Wild, they have to be able to hold on to the lead, unlike last night. The other thing is getting shots to the net, where the puck won't miss the mark. Pavol Demitra came to bite us in the butt, with a goal and the assist on the game winner in his first game againt the Wild.
